ET VALVE

Backrest-Seated wafer Butterfly Valve

The butterfly plate of a wafer-type butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. Within the cylindrical passage of the valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around its axis, with a rotation angle between 0° and 90°, achieving flow regulation. When the plate rotates to 90°, the valve reaches its maximum opening.
Wafer-type butterfly valves have a simple structure, small size, and light weight, consisting of only a few parts. They can be quickly opened and closed with a 90° rotation, making operation simple. The valve also has good fluid control characteristics; its structural principle is particularly suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves.
Wafer-type butterfly valves are widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, and pharmaceutical pipelines as flow splitting, merging, or flow direction switching devices; the valve body is made using precision casting for a smooth surface without burrs or pinholes.

Electric Flanged Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve is compact, lightweight, easy to disassemble, maintain, and can be installed in any position.
It features a simple and compact structure, low operating torque, and quick 90° rotary opening; the sealing structure uses a composite seat made of polytetrafluoroethylene, synthetic rubber, and phenolic resin, giving the seat both elasticity and strength. The butterfly plate is fully wrapped in polytetrafluoroethylene, providing strong corrosion resistance.
It has a linear flow characteristic and good regulation performance. The connection between the butterfly plate and the stem uses a pinless structure, eliminating potential internal leakage points.
The outer circle of the butterfly plate uses a spherical design, improving sealing performance and extending the service life of the valve; it maintains zero leakage after more than 50,000 pressurized openings and closings.
The sealing element is replaceable and provides reliable, bidirectional sealing.
The butterfly plate can be coated with various materials such as nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene according to customer requirements.

Manual flange butterfly valve

The butterfly valve is compact and lightweight, easy to disassemble, install, and maintain, and can be installed in any position.
It features a simple and compact structure, requiring low operating torque, and opens quickly with a 90° rotation; the sealing structure uses a composite valve seat made of polytetrafluoroethylene, synthetic rubber, and phenolic resin, giving the valve seat both elasticity and strength. The butterfly plate is fully wrapped in polytetrafluoroethylene, providing strong corrosion resistance.
It has a near-linear flow characteristic and good regulation performance. The connection between the butterfly plate and the stem uses a pinless structure, eliminating potential internal leakage points.
The outer circle of the butterfly plate uses a spherical design, improving sealing performance and extending the service life of the valve; it maintains zero leakage after more than 50,000 pressurized opening and closing cycles.
The sealing element is replaceable and provides reliable, bidirectional sealing.
The butterfly plate can be coated according to user requirements, such as with nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene.

Electric U-shaped butterfly valve

The U-shaped flange butterfly valve uses a three-dimensional eccentric principle design, making the spatial movement trajectory of the sealing surface ideal. The sealing surfaces are frictionless and interference-free, and with the proper selection of sealing materials, the butterfly valve's sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance are reliably ensured.
Using a top-mounted structure reduces the number of connecting bolts on the valve body under high-pressure and large-diameter conditions, enhancing the valve's reliability. It overcomes the influence of the system's self-weight on the valve's normal operation. The structure is simple, with good interchangeability, convenient maintenance and disassembly, and the stem seal is not easily deformed, avoiding stem leakage. The valve seat sealing surface and backing are integrated, reducing the deformation of the valve seat. Its features include small opening torque, flexibility, convenience, and energy saving. The three-dimensional eccentric structure makes the butterfly plate tighter as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance and achieving zero leakage. It is resistant to high pressure, corrosion, and wear, and has a long service life.

Electric LT Butterfly Valve

Center line butterfly valves are divided into A-type and L-type in terms of appearance. LT type is also called single-flange butterfly valve or lug type butterfly valve. Butterfly valve, also known as a rotary valve, is a simple regulating valve, mainly used for shut-off and throttling in pipelines. The closing member of the butterfly valve is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which rotates around its own axis in the valve body to achieve opening and closing or regulation.
The LT double-flanged butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size, and light weight, and is composed of only a few parts. Moreover, it only needs to be rotated 90 degrees to quickly open and close, the operation is simple, and the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When it is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure generated by passing through the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics.

Ball Valve

A ball valve is an industrial valve connected via flanges, using a rotating ball structure to control the flow or shut off the medium. Its high sealing performance, strong pressure resistance, and convenient maintenance make it a key pipeline control device in the petroleum, chemical, and power industries.
