Manual U-shaped butterfly valve

The U-shaped flange butterfly valve uses a three-dimensional eccentric principle design, making the spatial movement trajectory of the sealing surface ideal. The sealing surfaces are frictionless and interference-free, and with the proper selection of sealing materials, the butterfly valve's sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance are reliably ensured.
Using a top-mounted structure reduces the number of connecting bolts on the valve body under high-pressure and large-diameter conditions, enhancing the valve's reliability and overcoming the influence of the system's self-weight on the valve's normal operation. The structure is simple, with good universality and interchangeability, convenient maintenance and disassembly, and the stem seal is not easily deformed, avoiding stem leakage. The valve seat sealing surface and backing are integrated, reducing the deformation of the valve seat. Its features include small opening torque, flexibility, convenience, and energy saving. The three-dimensional eccentric structure makes the butterfly plate tighter as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance and achieving zero leakage. It is resistant to high pressure, corrosion, and wear, and has a long service life.

Soft-Seated wafer Butterfly Valve

The butterfly plate of a wafer-type butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. Within the cylindrical passage of the valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around its axis, with a rotation angle between 0° and 90°, achieving flow regulation. When the plate rotates to 90°, the valve reaches its maximum opening.
Wafer-type butterfly valves have a simple structure, small size, and light weight, consisting of only a few parts. Installed in high-altitude dark passages, it is convenient to operate via a two-position five-way solenoid valve, and it can also adjust the flow rate of the medium. The fluid resistance is relatively small. For large-diameter pneumatic butterfly valves, the effective flow area is large when fully open, opening and closing is quick and effortless, and the disc rotates 90 degrees to complete opening and closing. Full-fluorine lined butterfly valves further improve the performance of butterfly valves, resulting in valves with wider temperature and pressure ranges, better sealing performance, and longer service life. They can also simultaneously have good flow adjustment function and closing sealing characteristics.
